The evening meal as part of my package & the breakfast on both mornings were absolutely lovely, the restaurant staff were very professional, friendly and helpful, asked for poached egss for breakfast, they were perfectly done!
The shower was a bit crazy to operate, it is thermostatically controlled but in order to get it hot you had to turn the shower on full blast so it felt more like you were surfing than showering, it was a major battle not to flood the bathroom floor and to hold the curtain away from you, fun though!

Nice leisure centre/pool. Nice breakfast when it arrived.
I requested a quiet room but was allocated a room facing the Main Kilkenny- Waterford road. The windows are not sound proof so I was kept awake from all the noise of the Trucks and boy racers. The hotel seemed very understaffed. They only had one staff member in the bar serving both drinks and food. I had to wait for 20 mins for him to clear my starter and bring my main course. The first morning at breakfast I waited 10 mins for someone to arive in the dining room and then I had to go to reception and ask them to get someone. No internet access in the room and the wifi in the lobby area was extreamly slow.
